This website is operated by PlateMate Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PlateMate Studio. By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Personalised Orders
All products are personalised and made to order.
By placing an order, you confirm that all custom details (including spelling, colours, styles and messages) are correct. PlateMate Studio is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Once production has begun, personalised orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Product Use & Disclaimer
Our products are novelty decorative items only.
They are designed for decorative use on ride-on toys, bikes, scooters, prams, bedroom doors and similar items.
They are not official vehicle registration plates and must not be used for any legal, identification, registration or road vehicle purposes.
PlateMate Studio products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or issued by any government authority or vehicle registration body.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is used appropriately and safely.
Adult supervision is recommended when attaching products.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
Promotional pricing and discounts are offered for limited periods only and cannot be applied to previous purchases. We do not offer price matching or post-purchase price adjustments.
Payment must be received in full before production begins.
Shipping & Delivery
Production and shipping timeframes are estimates only. PlateMate Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
As products are personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Limitation of Liability
PlateMate Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the misuse or improper application of our products.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
