All PlateMate Studio products are personalised and made to order.

Production takes 2–4 business days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Standard shipping (Untracked & Registered): 3–10 business days
• Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

During busy periods such as Christmas, school holidays and promotional events, production and delivery times may be slightly extended.

We recommend placing your order early if you require it by a specific date. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed during peak periods.

Orders over $69 qualify for free shipping within Australia.

Free shipping orders are sent via our standard untracked service unless a paid shipping upgrade is selected at checkout.
