Returns

As all PlateMate Studio products are personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please ensure all spelling, colours and custom details are correct before submitting your order, as personalised items cannot be modified once production has begun.

PlateMate Studio is not responsible for incorrect spelling or details submitted by the customer.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
